ALTAS Auto expects revenue growth of more than 35% | Busworld Europe 2025

October 24, 2025

ALTAS Auto this year expects revenue growth of more than 35% and delivery of around 800 vehicles. The Lithuania company showcased at Busworld 2025 in Brussels its latest generation of the newest electric mobility solutions and specialised buses.

ALTAS Auto showed the second-generation Altas Novus electric bus featuring an increased battery capacity (from 115 to 126 kWh), an extended 8 year battery warranty, and a more powerful 160kW (Cityline) or 165kW (Ecoline). ALTAS Auto emphasises the bus complies fully with GSR II and cybersecurity regulations and is certified with European Whole Vehicle Type Approval (EWVTA) with CoC documents, allowing standard registration in all EU countries. In collaboration with Zhongtong ALTAS Auto produces the V7 model. Since its prototype debut at Busworld 2023, ALTAS Auto engineers have implemented numerous improvements to adapt the vehicle to European market standards. It is equipped with CATL batteries (now increased from 140 to 165 kWh), backed by a 10-year warranty. From this V7 model over 100 buses are sold in Europe. ALTAS Auto produces also minibuses designed for passengers with special mobility needs, such as the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Ecoline and Multiline. These 19+1 seat minibuses can carry up to four wheelchair users, lifted via an electric rear platform. Another Lithuanian-engineered model, the MAN TGE Coach, was presented at the MAN stand at Busworld. This model will join the MAN electric vehicle range. ALTAS Auto’s engineering team is currently developing new projects, including Mercedes-Benz eSprinter-based electric buses for both urban and intercity routes.
